Kariamunda?

As usual I was browsing the newspapers, looking for that little bit of info that would help me in my quizzing pursuits and I came across a rather unusual name - Karia Munda.

In case you didnt know like I did (before writing this piece) - Karia Munda is India's current Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha. His name and position are unique in the sense that the name if spoken by a tamilian would mean - "is there any purpose?". So - is that a name or a question that we should ask ourselves?
